Over the past 10 years I have assisted individuals develop coping skills to manage their symptoms. I believe it is important to meet individuals where they are at and utilize therapeutic interventions from the following areas; cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical- skills based- behavioral therapy, strengths based approach, and motivational interviewing.
