I utilize a variety of modalities which include person-centered, solution focused, and cognitive behavior therapy. In addition to incorporating mindfulness, acceptance and commitment therapy, and motivational interviewing.
As a mental health professional, my experience has been providing counseling with addictions, trauma, domestic violence, anxiety, grief and loss, and vocational services.
