As a Licensed Master Social Worker, I provide counseling for children, teens, and young adults in a warm and supportive environment. My approach centers on helping clients build self-awareness, strengthen coping skills, and navigate life’s challenges with confidence.
I have experience supporting individuals through anxiety, stress, grief, behavioral concerns, and life transitions in both school and community settings. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, creative expression, and play-based interventions, I tailor each session to meet the client’s unique needs and developmental stage. Whether it’s a young child learning to manage big feelings, a teen navigating social pressures, or a young adult adjusting to independence, I strive to create a space that fosters growth, resilience, and healthy communication.
Outside the therapy room, I’m passionate about promoting emotional wellness and youth empowerment. I serve as a Girl Scout leader and board member for a local nonprofit organization, where I continue to support leadership, confidence, and connection among young people.
