At times life can feel meaningless, lacking direction or purpose. Luckily, we have the ability to find meaning and purpose and can choose which road to go down. Navigating these roads can be difficult and can even be terrifying at times. But it does not have to be a journey we take on our own. We can build and discover connections to others who care about us and will be a part of our story. Connections to families, friends, coworkers, and even ourselves can ease the process and help us learn that we are not alone.
Together we will discover what you want, create goals toward obtaining what you need, and collaboratively design a plan to reach these goals. Self -discovery and autonomy will always be advocated for in a safe judgment-free environment. Everyone, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, race, religion, age, or ability deserves to choose their path on their journey.
Let’s work together to prepare for these decisions so you can live a life worth living.
